Luxury packaging with information card about the dandelion seeds

Captured within crystal clear half spheres are a pinch of Scottish dandelion seeds. I have then mounted these onto sterling silver earring posts which lay flat on the earlobe for an effortless yet enchanting look.

As a child growing up in Scotland, I spent many warm summer mornings "hunting" dandelion seed fairies and keeping them in little jewellery boxes and trinkets, giving each fairy a name. I like to think each little dandelion seed collected now is full of magic and mystique with a different purpose for each person who captures one. Dandelion is also known for its healing properties and its beautiful seeds are called different things by many people in Scotland such as wishes, hairy men and hairy witches.

These sterling silver studs comes beautifully presented in our own luxury branded packaging with accompanying note detailing the symbolism behind the dandelion, where it was picked, when and the date it was preserved into jewellery. An extra personal note can be added on request. Our luxury packing ensures that there is no need for extra gift wrapping - the gift is ready to go.

  • We are delighted that you are about to own a real flower treasure! Resin jewellery requires you to be a little more careful than the average, metal jewellery - here are our tips to ensure your new jewellery stays in tip top condition.

To care for your new jewellery, each piece must be kept dry and must never be worn in the shower, bath or swimming pool/ sauna as this can compromise the clarity of the resin.

Always store your jewellery in the tarnish proof presentation box provided and avoid leaving your jewellery at a windowsill in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

If required upon extended wear, please clean with a microfibre cloth. Keep out of reach of children.

Never let your jewellery come into contact with steam, chemicals or sanitising gel.
