SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All our real flower and nature jewellery is made in the UK and dispatched from the UK with free shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-5 working days. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and signed for. Next day delivery after dipatch can be upgraded to for £6.50. International orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery, and tracking information is available upon request.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

If you are looking to return your item for a refund, you have 14 days to return your item to us on the day you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.

Once we have your item(s), we will inspect it and notify that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive this refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are looking to return an item for a refund:

 Make sure you include a note inside the package, stating your name, e-mail address, order number and reason for return. Failure to     include all relevant details may lead to a delay in receiving your refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are looking for an exchange, you must return your item to us within 30 days of the item being received. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please get in contact with us regarding an exchange.
