A QUICK OVER VIEW OF OUR POLICIES:
1. DISPATCH USUALLY OCCURS IN 1-3 DAYS EXCEPT FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS SUCH AS RINGS WHICH WILL TAKE AROUND 2 WEEKS.
2. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST ARRIVE BACK WITH US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ITEM ARRIVING WITH YOU.
3. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE, INCLUDING RINGS.

All our real flower and nature jewellery is made in Scotland from Scottish flowers and dispatched from Scotland. We also have a small English flower range using flowers from Cornwall. We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days. Orders are shipped first class with Royal Mail and signed for. International orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery, and tracking information is available upon request.
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're always here and happy to help.
If you are looking to return your item for a refund, you have 14 days to return your item to us on the day you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we have your item(s), we will inspect it and notify that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive this refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us however we do also refund shipping costs in the case of returns.

If you are looking for an exchange, you must return your item to us within 30 days of the item being received. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please get in contact with us regarding an exchange.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR JEWELLERY
A QUICK OVER VIEW OF ESSENTIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. THE JEWELLERY MUST NEVER BE IN CONTACT WITH HAND SANITISER
2. NEVER WEAR THE JEWELLERY IN THE SHOWER/ BATHING/ CHLORINATED POOL OR SAUNA. THIS WILL COMPROMISE THE CLARITY OF THE RESIN.
3. WHILST OUR JEWELLERY IS VERY STRONG, WE DO RECOMMEND PROTECTING THE QUALITY OF THE JEWELLERY BY REMOVING IT DURING SPORT, DOING CHORES OR STRENUOUS ACTIVITY.
4. NEVER GIVE THE JEWELLERY TO A CHILD UNDER 3 YEARS DUE TO SMALL PARTS
5. NEVER WEAR THE JEWELLERY IN THE SHOWER OR WHILE BATHING
6. LEAVING YOUR JEWELLERY AT A WINDOWSILL FOR MULTIPLE DAYS WILL COMPROMISE THE VIBRANCY OF THE BOTANICALS.
At Botanic Isles every measure is put in place to ensure that we care for the environment and work with it to ensure its preservation. Every year we plant more flowers than we collect. Our resins are eco friendly, skin safe, vegan and UV stable.
We only collect from private land with permission, organisations land such as the National Trust for Scotland with consent or other private land. We never collect botanicals from wild sources/ protected or land where permission has not been granted. All our jewellery is made in Scotland and is hand crafted. We take every effort to source UK findings to minimise our carbon footprint and source eco friendly silver when we can. For gemstones we use conflict free gems.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long do the flowers last in the jewellery?
We pride ourselves in being the very best in the resin jewellery world with our ethics, quality, perfectionism and the longevity of our jewellery. The flowers inside should last indefinitely with our unique preservation that we have pioneered. With proper care our jewellery can last a lifetime.
How do I properly care for my jewellery?
Please never wear your jewellery in a bath or shower as this will destroy the resin. We cannot offer replacements for jewellery that has been damaged in this way. Factors such as excessive sunlight will decrease the vibrancy of the botanicals. For more information on caring for your resin jewellery, click here.
Do you do next day delivery?
Yes! If you would like Next Day delivery (after dispatch date), you can upgrade for £6.50 (domestic). If you are looking for express international shipping, plesae get in contact for a quote.

Can you do custom orders? Wedding, funeral flowers etc.?
Absolutely! I would love to do this for you and custom items are our specialty. Please get in contact with us regarding a custom order via this form.We are Scotland's leading flower preservation specialist and our work ensures that your precious flowers will never wilt or rot. Many years have went into perfecting our technique before we began selling.
How much do custom orders cost and how long do they take?
The time will vary with each order and as will the price as there are numerous factors such as size, using fresh or dried flowers and the amount of custom orders we have at one time. A fixed price will be given at time of ordering and a time estimate. Custom orders usually take around 2 weeks.
